Overview

Consultation packages are refundable up to 7 days before the scheduled date of the first consultation. If the consultation is cancelled less than 7 days before the scheduled date of the first consultation, only 50% of the full package fee will be refunded. Cancellations less than 24 hours before the scheduled date are non-refundable.

Refunds

Digital Downloads are not eligible for refunds as they are available for instant download after checkout. If for any reason your digital download does not work or the file is corrupted or incomplete. please contact me here and I will rectify the problem within 2 working days.
